By creating a “wellness vision” and focusing on each client’s individual strengths and weaknesses, coaching provides guidance in areas such as:

- Stress management
- Personal value statements
- Setting goals to live those values

- Weight loss

Pam will help you learn how to evaluate current health and lifestyle behaviors, identify roadblocks to change, and set reasonable goals relative to your individual values, needs, and wants. There is an initial assessment fee and a fee for weekly 30-minute telephone coaching sessions.
